[Remote] Aladdin analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Application Support Analyst to support critical reputed company Office applications, with a primary reputed company on the reputed company Aladdin platform. The ideal candidate will have strong production support experience, excellent SQL and Python skills, and a solid understanding of investment management and capital markets.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Level 2/Level 3 production support for reputed company Aladdin and reputed company reputed company Office applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, and post-trade workflows
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to resolve incidents
- Write and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and production support
- reputed company Python automation scripts to improve operational efficiency, monitoring, and reporting
- Support production releases, change management activities, and application deployments
- Monitor application health and ensure high availability of critical trading applications
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and reputed company service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with global support teams across multiple reputed company to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain production documentation, SOPs, and knowledge reputed company articles
Skills
- 7+ years of experience supporting investment management or capital markets applications
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Aladdin
- Good understanding of the asset management trade lifecycle and reputed company Office business processes
- Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets
- Experience with Python scripting for automation and operational support
- Experience in production support, incident management, and release management
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work directly with portfolio managers, traders, investment operations, and technology teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a reputed company field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure production support environment
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as reputed company, reputed company, AppDynamics, or Grafana
- Experience with scheduling tools like Autosys or Control-M
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Exposure to reputed company platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
