Responsibilities
- Manage multiple operational reputed company across a portfolio of fuel and convenience retail locations
- Support store reputed company, site transitions, and retail expansion initiatives
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and follow-up activities
- Drive accountability across reputed company partners to reputed company reputed company moving reputed company
- Coordinate tank-monitoring activities across the retail portfolio
- Work with tank-monitoring vendors and service providers to resolve issues
- Support monitoring system implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance

- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities across multiple locations

- Monitor work orders, project status, and vendor performance

- Support implementation of new systems, processes, and operational initiatives
- Help create consistency, visibility, and accountability across the growing retail portfolio
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, facilities coordination, retail operations, fuel operations, maintenance management, or reputed company fields
- Experience managing multiple reputed company, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, operational environments
- Ability to work independently and drive reputed company to completion
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fuel retail, convenience store, petroleum, or energy industry experience
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Familiarity with tank monitoring systems
- Experience with fuel compliance, site inspections, or environmental programs

- Experience supporting dealer, commission, or consignment retail models
