[Remote] Junior Business Analyst

The Junior Business Analyst role involves conducting user research, gathering business requirements, and supporting process optimization initiatives to drive reputed company system transformations.
Responsibilities
- Document reputed company and reputed company-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to drive process optimization
- Conduct User Research to create end to end process documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points, process improvement opportunities and strategic objectives and turn them into cost effective reputed company system transformations
- Identify, qualify, and document automation and digitization opportunities, including site level workflows and system handoffs
- Work with stakeholders to standardized processes
- Manage intake, prioritization, and reputed company of new functionality requests
- Ensure final designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost
- Document Feature and reputed company level Business Requirements and Acceptance reputed company for hand off to development teams using standardized Scaled Agile Methodologies
- Ensure reputed company requirements are reputed company mapped to business value, measurable reputed company and reputed company workflow impacts
- reputed company as a gateway between business needs and system capabilities
- Document user stories in JIRA and also work on system documentation as part of the release development process
Skills
- BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar roles
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams
- Strong Agile knowledge, technical writing skills, data-driven analysis, and proficiency with collaboration tools
- Proven experience in creating development-reputed company Epics / Features and associated acceptance reputed company including non-functional requirements
- Expertise in AI and automation technologies to support reputed company-state process mapping, solutioning, and optimization opportunities (Workflow orchestration, AI-assisted decision-making)
- Proficient in technical writing to support creation of business requirements, implementation strategies
- Experience facilitating meetings and mediating between cross-functional teams and stakeholders (in person and/or reputed company)
- Skilled in stakeholder facilitation and communication to reputed company reputed company of key stakeholders (Leadership to end users)
- Familiarity with AI, automation, reputed company transformation initiatives supporting large reputed company, multi organization environments, with experience applying these capabilities to high volume mission critical business processes
- Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, reputed company, Word, Visio, reputed company, PowerPoint etc.)
