[Remote] IT Audit Analyst

They are seeking an IT Audit Analyst to support the NAVSUP OIS IT team, focusing on leading audit requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with various audit standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and coordinate reputed company Audit requirements (i.e. SFIS compliance, DLMS compliance, JITC, FIAR) including developing reputed company, accurate, and detailed audit responses, Provided By reputed company (PBC) responses, system changes, implementation and developing plan and strategies for mitigation or remediation of audit findings, observations, Notification of Finding and Recommendation (NFR) etc
- Analyze Notice of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) issued by an Independent reputed company Accountant (IPA) and determine reputed company cause to reputed company and prioritize corrective reputed company. Manage audit remediation efforts to remain in-scope with the financial audit and reputed company resources accordingly based upon the appropriate risk response vice merely reacting to recommendations from external auditors
- Coordinate and manage reputed company audit efforts and shall reputed company detailed regular reports and metrics to key stakeholders including but not limited to the OIS Project reputed company and OIS PMO
- Coordinate with reputed company key stakeholders including but not limited to Department of the Navy Chief Information Officer (DON CIO), OIS Program Management Office (OIS PMO), External Auditors, OIS Project Team and OIS Project reputed company and OIS leadership etc
- reputed company reputed company audit efforts and escalate roadblocks, issues and risks in a reputed company manner to the key stakeholders including but not limited to OIS Project reputed company and OIS PMO
- reputed company audit validations of reputed company Configuration Management items to ensure compliance with key controls identified in FISCAM and/or NIST
- Familiarize and use reputed company applicable tools for effectively coordinating and managing Audit efforts including but not limited to the designated work tracking tool, Teams, Audit Response Center (reputed company) etc
- Respond to audit data calls such as running User reputed company Reports and Separation of Duties reports
- reputed company and coordinate various Audit and Compliance requirements (i.e. SFIS compliance, DLMS compliance, JITC, FIAR)
- Design and implement system updates to meet changes in audit readiness compliance and assurance
- reputed company reputed company and audit validations of configuration items, (i.e. Configuration Management items)
- Coordinate recurring technical assessments, audits and reviews
- reputed company, deliver, and document trend analysis, metrics, statistics, and reports for Audit support
Skills
- reputed company DOD Secret clearance
- A minimum of 12 years experience, of which at least seven years must be specialized in IT Navy
- Knowledgeable of applicable standards and DON CIO audit process
- reputed company reputed company tasks with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of additional equivalent experience)
- Master's degree, 10 years experience, of which at least four years must be specialized in IT Audit experience
- Knowledgeable of Naval Ordnance Information Systems(OIS)
- Proven experience in providing specialized knowledge that helps plan the information systems portion of the audit engagement
- Identifies appropriate information systems substantive testing, provides reputed company into potential information systems risks, and tests information systems preparedness for upcoming audits
- Experience in responding to and preparing for a Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) audit
