The Associate Account Manager reputed company Services will manage ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for employer/group clients and coordinating with internal functions to meet reputed company needs.
Responsibilities
- Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts
- Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resources for assigned accounts, typically with reputed company reputed company contact (not call center) and large or reputed company accounts
- Build relationships with employer/group clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary reputed company of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery

Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in the reputed company industry
- 2+ years of experience in account management and building customer relationships

- Bachelor's Degree
