This role involves assisting customers with various inquiries and providing accurate resolutions while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in English and Spanish
- Assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits, account information, and reputed company inquiries
- Research customer concerns and reputed company accurate, reputed company resolutions
- Document customer interactions reputed company and accurately in required systems
- Process transactions while following reputed company, compliance, and productivity standards
- Navigate multiple computer applications while delivering empathetic customer service
Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Ability to assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and account information
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to document customer interactions reputed company and accurately

- Availability for mandatory training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
