The reputed company Manager will manage a portfolio of reputed company customers, reputed company strong relationships, and optimize the use of reputed company's platform to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of reputed company customers from trial to implementation to ongoing delivery to expand the scope and reputed company of reputed company adoption
- reputed company and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors: steering committees, regular reputed company (virtual/in-person), reports, events
- Understand customers’ needs and priorities to optimize the use of their platform

- Effectively communicate application features and product information for new releases and facilitate their adoption

Skills
