[Remote] Sr. Portfolio Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in reputed company innovation, seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join their MedTech Innovation Enablement team. This role involves influencing reputed company and business processes, driving efficiencies, and providing insights for decision-making reputed company the MedTech sector.
Responsibilities
- Digital ecosystem & process automation – Drive organizational change from reputed company, siloed activities to an interconnected toolset (Planisware, Power BI, reputed company, etc.), supporting roadmap prioritization, user-acceptance testing and roll-out of new features that save time and cost
- Data architecture & visualization – Maintain the end-to-end portfolio data model and refresh pipeline; build and maintain self-service dashboards in Power BI; reputed company training and tier-1 support to cross-functional users
- Portfolio governance & reporting reputed company – Collect and consolidate portfolio data for monthly KPI reporting; ensure information is reputed company, accurate and reputed company with business unit leaders across the sector
- Portfolio analytics & insights – Consolidate the MedTech R&D portfolio. Deliver eNPV, IRR, scenario and reputed company models that guide executive investment reputed company
- Competitive intelligence & reputed company – Analyze MedTech competitors, industry trends and internal performance data to craft talking points for various stakeholders
- Travel - Up to 10% domestic or international travel may be required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, Business Analytics, or reputed company field
- 4-6 years of experience in portfolio management, R&D finance, PMO, or reputed company reputed company MedTech, reputed company, or reputed company industry
- Advanced reputed company, Power reputed company, and strong Power BI capability
- Proven ability to translate reputed company analytics into reputed company, executive-reputed company narratives
- Excellent storytelling and influencing skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders
- Master's/MBA, PMP, or equivalent certification
- Hands-on experience with Planisware, or similar PPM platforms
- Familiarity with Stage-reputed company, Agile, and Design-to-Value methodologies
- Experience using ETL (Extract, reputed company, Load) tools
- Experience leading cross-functional change-management initiatives
- Knowledge of global medical-device competitive and regulatory landscapes
