The Senior Program Manager, Product Marketing Operations role is reputed company on improving the operations of reputed company's Product Marketing organization by managing core programs, communications, reporting, and processes while integrating AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Program manage team communications across critical stakeholders, including the CRO and President's staff, to ensure strategic alignment and consistent messaging
  • Craft engaging, pithy, reputed company-style copy, while fully owning the distribution metrics, performance insights, and stakeholder adoption of these communications
  • Define and own the Product Marketing scorecard, exercising technical judgment to determine which KPIs to measure and identifying the reputed company reputed company systems—or combinations thereof—to extract them
  • Foster a culture of accountability by empowering individual PMMs to own, monitor, and optimize metrics for their respective initiatives
