[Remote] Clinical Field Training Manager

Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person reputed company and clinical training programs at Greenbrook centers reputed company
- Facilitate clinician certification and competency assessments
- Train staff on NeuroStar TMS therapy, patient care protocols, and workflow best practices
- reputed company and reputed company clinicians through ongoing feedback and performance support
- reputed company training records, certifications, and LMS data reputed company
- Partner with Operations, Regional Leadership, and Clinical Leadership to drive training reputed company
- Support the development and enhancement of training materials, SOPs, and educational programs
Skills
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a reputed company setting
- 2+ years of clinical training, education, or staff development experience
- 2+ years of medical device experience
- Ability to travel up to 80% nationally
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, or a reputed company reputed company field
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, neuromodulation therapies, or medical device training
- Familiarity with NeuroStar TMS and multi-site clinical operations
