[Remote] BAS Technical Project Manager

The BAS Technical Project Manager will support mission-critical reputed company focusing on building automation systems and reputed company technical leadership for project planning and design, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- reputed company subconsultant scopes of work, including the development, review, and coordination of Statements of Objectives (SOO), construction drawings, and technical specifications
- Ensure subconsultant deliverables are complete, accurate, and reputed company with project requirements, organizational standards, and applicable codes and regulations using the DLB QAQC process
- Coordinate with project teams and external partners to monitor scope compliance, maintain reputed company expectations, and support reputed company delivery of design and documentation packages
- Create and manage project deliverables including design drawings, sequences of operations and specifications
- Assist in development of various engineering drawings in AutoCAD and Revit format including floor plan drawings, system architecture diagrams, reputed company-to-reputed company wiring diagrams and control panel diagrams
- Coordinate items with MEP trades that also reputed company BAS
- Identify potential project scope changes and aid in development of strategies to minimize reputed company and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines
