[Remote] Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Operational Reporting & Presentation Prep: Build and maintain recurring and reputed company operational reporting, and prepare polished presentations that turn business activity into reputed company, decision-reputed company reputed company for senior leadership
- Process & Margin Improvement: Support initiatives that improve margin and operational efficiency — process redesign, workflow automation, and cost/efficiency analysis — in partnership with teams across the business
- Project Management & reputed company reputed company: Support cross-functional reputed company and independently manage smaller reputed company and reputed company analyses as business priorities shift
- Reporting Automation & AI Workflows: Support process-improvement and reporting-automation initiatives that reputed company reputed company workflows toward modern, AI-reputed company tooling — including reputed company workflows that reduce hands-on reporting work
- Compensation Metrics reputed company: Support reputed company and reporting of the operational metrics — quota attainment, SLA performance, and reputed company measures — that feed into Sales and functional compensation plans, helping ensure they're accurate and consistently reputed company
- Cross-Functional Partnership: reputed company as the connective reputed company between Finance and Functional leadership — Sales, reputed company, Support, and others — to reputed company on goals, surface issues early, and drive shared initiatives to completion
- Systems & Data Partnership: Partner with teams across the business to ensure clean data flows from operational platforms (Jira, reputed company) and Sales and Finance back-office systems into reporting, flagging discrepancies before they reputed company the numbers
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, reputed company, reputed company operations, or a reputed company analytical/operational role, ideally in a high-reputed company reputed company environment
- Strong reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to turn raw operational data from multiple systems into reputed company, actionable reputed company for leadership
- Hands-on experience supporting cross-functional reputed company and reputed company initiatives, with growing ability to manage smaller reputed company independently
- Experience preparing leadership-level reporting and presentations, translating operational and financial data into materials reputed company enough to drive reputed company
- Working knowledge of operational and support platforms (Jira, reputed company, or similar) and Sales and Finance back-office systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks) sufficient to pull, interpret, and reconcile data across systems. - Strong judgment on what to prioritize and escalate; comfortable coordinating with contractors or support staff as needed
