[Remote] Corporate Recruiter - Contract

In this role, you will partner with HR and hiring managers to support reputed company strategies and recruitment needs, managing requisitions from start to finish and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR managers and hiring managers to determine reputed company strategies, reputed company position requirements, review compensation, and ensure job descriptions and behavioral reputed company are reputed company
- Monitor requisition reputed company from approval to closure
- reputed company and implement recruitment programs and strategies to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with strategic planning and branding
- reputed company reputed company candidates through online databases, job postings, contact lists, internal databases, and reputed company
- Proactively reputed company passive candidates through networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and internet/reputed company media searches
- Evaluate motivators of candidates and influence decision-making using a consultative recruitment approach
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; reputed company, Business Management, or reputed company field preferred
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate reputed company strategies reputed company traditional recruitment reputed company, including strong passive recruitment, headhunting, and pipeline development
- Experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology reputed company is highly preferred
- Knowledge and experience in attracting and engaging talent reputed company is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Relationship Management tools; reputed company and Phenom experience highly preferred
- Talent Advisor skills including strategic and analytical problem solving, proactive talent planning, strong relationship building and delivering exceptional candidate experience
