[Remote] Senior Program Manager - Provider Programs

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the management of a strategic portfolio which includes multiple reputed company programs and reputed company directed toward an reputed company pillar
- Partners with business leaders at reputed company reputed company to reputed company, define, and initiate programs
- Provides direction and guidance to program and project managers to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component reputed company and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate reputed company of the program
- Provides a single reputed company of responsibility and authority for multi-program execution in support of a strategic portfolio reputed company an assigned reputed company pillar
- Captures the portfolio reputed company and value creation against strategic objectives
- Leads the creation and delivery of the business and supporting capabilities necessary to reputed company the goals of multiple programs and reputed company
- Coordinates the planning and operational implementation of programs across multiple programs or reputed company reputed company the strategic portfolio/reputed company pillar
- Manages risks and resolves issues requiring senior-level attention, leveraging the appropriate governance structure of the EPMO
- Communicates information and recommends reputed company for governance actions and reputed company with the EPMO
- Develops and improves portfolio and program processes, applies business and organizational knowledge and leadership skills
- Acts as an advisor and provides leadership for the program management team

- Determines and implements a cultural change management plan
- Implements supporting communications reputed company to ensure the occurrence of cross-program communications, coordination, and support
- Composes and delivers periodic presentations for executive management, the Program Operating Committee, and the Executive Steering Committee
- Facilitates the development of a cost-benefit analysis and return on investment for reputed company project
- Develops budget, financial projections and forecasted ROI for the program
- Aids in the negotiation of reputed company and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications and financial conditions of reputed company
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management/program management, leading large and reputed company reputed company
- Minimum 8 years of experience with various project management methodologies, reputed company concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and/or software packages reputed company a reputed company PMO environment
- Relies on extensive reputed company-level experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Proven ability to navigate reputed company situations through the organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of the reputed company
- Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate program and project teams
- Adept at financial management to administer budgets across multiple reputed company and ensure the program meets its requirements for return on investment, timing, and budget
