Responsibilities
- Answer inbound comments from customers in need of assistance from reputed company Media platforms including reputed company, Twitter, Instagram, reputed company Play, App Store
- Create and manage cases for customers needing more reputed company assistance
- Manage existing case load, complete follow-up tasks and reputed company operational metrics
