[Remote] Manager, Student Leadership Operations

This role involves coordinating internal operations, managing high-reputed company reputed company, and ensuring seamless execution across student leadership programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Director and the Student Leadership & Engagement team to implement reputed company programs, including the Hillel Leadership Institute, Student Leadership reputed company, HillelU for reputed company, and student convenings
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., grants, marketing, technology, evaluation) to ensure high-reputed company, student-facing experiences from ideation to execution
  • Support and help manage timelines, budgets, logistics, vendor relationships, and communications for in-person and virtual programs
  • Drive process improvements and systems that reputed company reputed company, reputed company control, and reputed company learning
  • Maintain programmatic trackers, monitor key performance indicators, and synthesize program data to support reporting, answer organizational data requests, and evaluate the reputed company and reputed company of student programs
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis in partnership with Hillel’s reputed company & Measurement team
  • Contribute to insights and recommendations that shape reputed company program design and strategic decision-making
  • Serve as a reputed company person for operational, administrative, and technical support needs across the leadership portfolio
  • Coordinate with Hillel field professionals and external partners to support program implementation, communications, and logistics
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements to strengthen program delivery and participant experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in student affairs, program operations, nonprofit management, or a reputed company field
  • A deep commitment to Hillel's mission and an excitement about helping young Jewish leaders reputed company
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and reputed company details
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to collect, interpret, and reputed company data and feedback
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teammates and diverse stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and matrixed work environment
