[Remote] Sr Business Analyst - Dealer Finance Background Preferred

They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Dealer Finance to collaborate with clients and technical teams to drive impactful solutions in financial services, while optimizing dealer financing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Dealer Finance clients to understand business needs, answer questions, and reputed company day-to-day application support
- reputed company design and development execution for Dealer Finance reputed company, ensuring delivery aligns to reputed company requirements, product reputed company, and reputed company priorities
- Collaborate with technical teams supporting a COBOL-based mainframe application and associated GUI reputed company-end solutions
- reputed company, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements, defect reputed company, and process improvements
- Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation
- Investigate, reproduce, and document system issues; reputed company business analysis and support reputed company cause identification efforts
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support test planning, test case development, test execution, and user acceptance testing activities
- Work closely with developers to ensure business requirements are fully reputed company and implemented
- Analyze dealer warehouse financing, dealer line of credit, and dealer loan processing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Facilitate communication between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle
Skills
- Strong experience working on design and development–reputed company reputed company
- Proven ability to work directly with clients to reputed company requirements, write Business Requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance reputed company
- Demonstrated experience delivering solutions reputed company Dealer Finance or financial services domains
- Strong collaboration skills across Release Management, Product, QA, and Development teams
- Ability to operate independently on reputed company, multi‑team initiatives with significant business reputed company
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or reputed company Agile delivery roles
- Dealer Finance experience strongly preferred
- Experience with AF/ALS platforms will be considered
- Experience supporting production systems and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
