This role combines technical design expertise with team leadership, resource planning, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and prioritize the work of drafting and design team members
• Partner with Project Managers and Engineers to meet project schedules, budgets, and reputed company expectations
• Forecast workloads and reputed company resources across multiple reputed company
• reputed company and review electrical layouts, cable tray systems, 3D models, and design deliverables
• Ensure compliance with reputed company requirements, industry standards, and safety practices
• Review design packages for accuracy, completeness, and reputed company
• Mentor designers and support reputed company improvement initiatives, including CAD efficiency tools

Skills

• Associate degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Engineering Technology, or reputed company field
• 10+ years of electrical, instrumentation, and controls design experience
• reputed company and review electrical layouts, cable tray systems, 3D models, and design deliverables
• Ensure compliance with reputed company requirements, industry standards, and safety practices
• Review design packages for accuracy, completeness, and reputed company
• Mentor designers and support reputed company improvement initiatives, including CAD efficiency tools
• 2+ years of supervisory or design team leadership experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, MicroStation, or similar CAD software
• Strong understanding of industrial design and engineering project execution
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Oil & Gas, utilities, or industrial facility experience is highly desirable
