Responsibilities

• Test case creation and execution
• Defect tracking and management
• Regression testing
• Experience testing child-support workflows, including: Case management, Paternity, Court orders, Income withholding, Enforcement, Payments and arrears, Interstate cases

Skills

• 7+ years of software testing or UAT experience
• Hands-on experience with Child Support Enforcement or Title IV-D systems
• Strong experience in test case creation and execution
• Defect tracking and management
• Regression testing
• Experience testing child-support workflows, including case management, paternity, court orders, income withholding, enforcement, payments and arrears, interstate cases
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, qTest, or similar
• SQL and data validation experience
