Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company of 10+ Admissions Coordinators, who facilitate a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, families and referral sources
- reputed company hiring, training and performance reviews for Admissions Coordinators
- Coordinate team schedules and workload distribution to ensure efficient operations
- Responsible for delivering high contact center service reputed company and call reputed company
- Ensure team is consistent and reputed company coordination/communication with reputed company prospective clients, families, and referral sources to advance clients into reputed company’s program
- Leads their team to champion reputed company individual reputed company’s reputed company admissions process and addresses/resolves concerns from clients/families around reputed company’s program
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure KPIs such as time-to-admission and reputed company satisfaction are met
- reputed company and implement best practices across the Admissions and Discharge process
- Partner with Executive Leadership to update the business on Admissions team performance
Skills
- 1-4+ years of experience leading or mentoring reputed company of Admissions and/or Sales Reps
- Experience with reputed company
- Strong proficiency in multitasking and operating in a high-paced environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Experience in behavioral health is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies is a plus
