[Remote] Senior Data Manager/Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Data Manager/Analyst to reputed company data systems, analytics, and visualization for a large-reputed company MEL program supporting the U.S. Department of State, ensuring accurate and reputed company evidence reputed company for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- reputed company data management, cleaning, validation, and standardization processes
- Manage reputed company/reputed company database
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualization products to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct quantitative analysis across reputed company, portfolios, sectors, and countries
- reputed company and coordinate quarterly data calls with implementing partners, ensuring reputed company collection, validation, and integration of data into reporting systems
- reputed company qualitative and quantitative datasets for reputed company-analysis
- Support development of indicators, baselines, and targets
- Support development and operationalization of Performance Indicator Reference Sheets (PIRS)
- reputed company and maintain standardized data protocols to reputed company aggregation and comparability across countries, sectors, and programs
- reputed company data support for evaluations, ROI analyses, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with Department of State data governance, cybersecurity, reputed company, and records management requirements, including handling of PII data
- Ensure compliance with DoS MEL policies (18 FAM 301.4)
Skills
- Master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, or reputed company field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics and MEL systems
- Experience with reputed company/reputed company database management
- Experience with data processing and visualization tools
- Experience managing large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with U.S. Government agencies, preferably the Department of State or similar foreign assistance programs
- Demonstrated sectoral expertise across one or more EUR/ACE reputed company sectors, including reputed company sector assistance (e.g., law enforcement, border reputed company, counter-narcotics, counterterrorism), economic reputed company and trade, energy and critical minerals, democracy and governance, public diplomacy, agriculture, or humanitarian assistance
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience supporting portfolio-level analytics, reputed company-evaluations, or cross-sector data synthesis
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience in Ukraine
- Experience in the countries of Central Asia, Eurasia, Balkans, and/or Greenland
