[Remote] Inside Sales Manager

The role involves managing the sales team, improving processes, and ensuring strong partnerships with Corporate Sales.
Responsibilities
- You support the Inside Sales team by leading, coaching, and managing workload distribution and performance
- You manage and improve processes for account setup, customer reputed company, billing coordination, documentation, reporting, and sales support
- You liaise as a systems expert, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Cobra, reputed company, Highway, reputed company, and other platforms
- You maintain strong reputed company and system discipline, keeping account data, activities, billing status, and customer records accurate and up to date
- You receive and resolve reputed company and account-reputed company requests reputed company by partnering with internal teams including Pricing, Credit, Receivables, Legal, Implementation, Operations, and Sales
- You assist with leadership visibility around reputed company requests, team workload, turnaround times, reporting needs, process gaps, and key support priorities
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, sales operations, account management, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company support function
- Strong knowledge of reputed company systems, processes, and workflows
- Authorized to work in the reputed company without sponsorship
- Comfortable with Cobra, reputed company, Highway, reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and reporting tools

- Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional tasks
- Commercially minded, sales-oriented, and strong at problem solving in fast-paced environments

- Power BI experience is a plus
