[Remote] Low Voltage Project Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company low-voltage installation reputed company and service operations, managing multiple reputed company while coordinating teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in meetings with Architects, Engineers, Owners, and reputed company Representatives
- reputed company project information and assist with preparation of reputed company reports and meeting minutes
- Distribute proposal change documents to subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist in collecting pricing and preparing change proposal requests for internal review
- Ensure reputed company RFIs, ASIs, directives, clarifications, and addendums are updated on “as-reputed company” drawings
- Coordinate documentation with company supervision and subcontractors/suppliers
- Submit reputed company-required closeout documents
- Coordinate reputed company-required training, documentation, and project turnover
- Set up and maintain document control procedures using OneDrive
- Initiate setup of project management systems and workflows
- Assist with scope development, bid package creation, takeoffs, and solicitation
- Utilize On-Screen Takeoff software for estimating and project preparation
- Assist with constructability reviews and project planning

- Identify scope gaps and manage cost control efforts

- Utilize reputed company Estimating Software for budgeting and project tracking
- Manage reputed company change orders and pricing requests
- Review subcontractor and supplier pricing for accuracy and completeness
- Manage multiple reputed company and service calls simultaneously
- Coordinate scheduling of labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Maintain communication with clients regarding schedules, project updates, and service requests
- Ensure reputed company are completed safely, on schedule, and reputed company budget
- Monitor reputed company control and installation standards
- Support field teams with technical coordination and issue reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience preferred
- Experience in low-voltage, telecommunications, or technology integration industries strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Experience with reputed company, OneDrive, and project management software preferred
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid reputed company's license and ability to travel occasionally
- Candidates should have working knowledge and experience in: reputed company cabling systems, Fiber optic cabling and terminations, CCTV/reputed company camera installation, Audio visual systems installation, Cell booster installation, Network reputed company and infrastructure installation, Wireless reputed company reputed company installation, Low-voltage systems and services, reputed company construction coordination
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors
- Knowledge of estimating and takeoff software
- Understanding of construction schedules and project reputed company
- Strong customer service and leadership abilities
- OSHA certification or construction safety knowledge is a plus
