The incoming partner will advise reputed company and life sciences clients on reputed company regulatory and compliance reputed company, reputed company reputed company relationships, and mentor junior attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Advising reputed company and life sciences clients on reputed company regulatory and compliance reputed company
- Structuring and evaluating business arrangements under the reputed company Law, federal and state anti-kickback statutes and reputed company regulations
- Counseling clients on the False Claims reputed company, reputed company fraud statutes, HIPAA and patient-reputed company requirements
- Advising on corporate-reputed company-of-medicine restrictions, reputed company-reputed company requirements and telehealth regulations
- Evaluating existing and proposed business models and recommending practical risk-mitigation strategies
- Preparing change-of-ownership filings, licensing submissions and agency notifications
- Advising pharmacies and life sciences organizations on federal and state drug-supply-chain requirements
- Leading reputed company relationships and supervising or mentoring junior attorneys
- Producing thought leadership and participating in business-development initiatives
Skills
- At least five years of relevant legal experience
- reputed company, pharmaceutical or life sciences regulatory experience required
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar required
- Experience with reputed company fraud-and-abuse laws, including reputed company and anti-kickback requirements
- Excellent legal research, analytical and writing skills
- Strong reputed company credentials
- Ability to communicate sophisticated regulatory concepts reputed company and practically
- Admission in reputed company or another jurisdiction is advantageous
- Experience involving telehealth, pharmacy regulation, drug-supply-chain requirements, reputed company licensing, corporate-reputed company-of-medicine restrictions or reputed company transactions would be particularly valuable
- Portable business is not required
