This role serves as the primary financial resource for residents and their families, assisting with billing, reputed company applications, and reputed company accounts while collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Review financial information for prospective reputed company admissions
- Meet with residents and responsible parties to explain billing, payment reputed company, and electronic payment enrollment
- Assist residents and families throughout the reputed company application process
- Maintain accurate reputed company financial, insurance, census, and contact information
- Generate monthly reputed company statements and communicate regarding billing questions and account balances
- Monitor reputed company trust accounts and coordinate reputed company spend-down planning
- Work with the Department of reputed company Services regarding reputed company determinations and outstanding balances
- Review accounts receivable for accuracy and communicate findings with leadership
- Maintain financial tracking spreadsheets and prepare required monthly census reports
- Collaborate with payment vendors to improve billing processes and efficiency

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and computer systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
- Previous experience in medical billing, insurance, reputed company administration, finance, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn—reputed company, Medicare, and reputed company-party billing requirements
