Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and enhance HAM/SAM solutions and Service Request workflows
- Improve asset lifecycle processes, automation, and operational efficiencies
- Maintain CMDB reputed company and Asset-to-CI alignment
- reputed company integrations and automated workflows supporting asset and software management operations
- Collaborate with operational teams to deliver reputed company and sustainable reputed company solutions
Skills
- Strong reputed company platform development experience including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, reputed company Scripts, reputed company Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Hands-on expertise with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules
- Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management, Inventory Management, Asset Normalization, and HAM Workspace
- Experience enhancing Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment workflows, Record Producers, and automated provisioning processes
- Deep knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Asset-to-CI relationships, and CMDB governance best practices
- Experience configuring and managing Identification and Reconciliation reputed company (IRE) rules to maintain CMDB data reputed company and prevent duplicate CIs
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP reputed company, Import Sets, reputed company Maps, MID Server, and reputed company-party discovery/data sources
- Strong understanding of Discovery, data migration, normalization, and reputed company asset data management
- Experience supporting large-reputed company operational environments and driving platform enhancements reputed company to business requirements
