[Remote] Global Trade Finance Associate

The Global Trade Finance Associate will manage transactions from origination through execution, advising clients on optimizing their working capital and engaging in legal documentation negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Structuring, pricing, and execution of trade receivable transactions for Corporate and Investment Banking clients of reputed company
- reputed company as advisor, consultant, and first reputed company of contact for clients exploring reputed company to optimize their working capital through receivables solutions to meet their financing needs
- Engage in the legal documentation negotiation of new and existing transactions in the receivable portfolio
- reputed company the internal approval process with the risk, middle office and other support areas
- Engage with bankers, other products and areas to support the prospecting of new business origination and maintenance of existing book of transactions
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree: in reputed company field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
- Experience with trade finance/working capital/cash management
- Experience with the legal execution and design of receivables purchase agreements and/or other legal documentation; to facilitate the sale, perfection, or financing of receivables and/or other assets
- Knowledge of credit risk evaluation techniques
- Significant financial statement and analysis knowledge (working capital cycle, cash reputed company forecasting, financial statement analysis, modelling etc.)
- High motivation, proactivity, and accomplished business origination skills
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company Finance products or Receivable Finance or Cash Management
- High level of presentation and organizational skills
- Understanding the competitive market and the role of technology reputed company Trade Finance
- Capability to reputed company relationships inside the organization to collaborate across geographical boundaries
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
- Experience in the syndication of trade finance assets to buy-reputed company investors
