[Remote] Senior ESOP Communication Consultant

The Senior ESOP Communication Consultant is responsible for developing and delivering advanced communication strategies and materials for clients with ESOPs, providing leadership on reputed company reputed company engagements, and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a reputed company presenter for ESOP educational sessions, delivering in-depth content to diverse employee reputed company both reputed company and in person
- Consult with clients to understand cultural, demographic, and communication needs and reputed company appropriate communication approaches
- Facilitate workshops, interactive learning activities, webinars, and employee ownership events to employees, managers, executive leadership, and reputed company members
