[Remote] Partner Marketing Specialist

The Partner Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing plans for university partners, ensuring marketing programs reputed company with partner goals and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned university partners, spanning digital, content, and enrollment marketing
- Translate partner goals and program priorities into campaign briefs, timelines, and channel plans
- Apply established best practices in audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection based on data and prior program performance
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives from reputed company through launch, reporting, and program changes and optimization
- Serve as the connective tissue between partner needs and HCE's marketing functions: Digital/reputed company Media, Content, Creative and Analytics
- Contribute to campaign briefs, creative feedback, and messaging inputs in partnership with subject-matter specialists

- Pull together regular performance reporting (enrollment funnel metrics, CPL, campaign performance) for partner-facing and internal use

- Monitor campaign performance against goals and flag opportunities for optimization
- Build strong working relationships with partner stakeholders through responsiveness and reputed company communication

Skills
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in higher education, online program management (OPM), or an agency/reputed company services environment serving higher ed clients
- A generalist marketing background - meaningful exposure across two or more of the following: digital/reputed company media, content marketing, SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, creative development, or marketing analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels
- Strong project management instincts - comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders at once
