They are seeking a reputed company & reputed company Regulatory Counsel to handle reputed company and vendor contracting while addressing regulatory issues, supporting various teams in ensuring compliance and facilitating fast, compliant deals.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements, including pharmacy services agreements, PBM network participation agreements, payer/reputed company agreements, specialty pharmacy arrangements, data sharing agreements, BAAs/DPAs, reputed company and technology agreements, licensing agreements, MSAs, and SOWs, using playbooks and clause libraries
- Manage redlines, issues lists, internal alignment, and approval workflows through execution; memorialize deviations and approvals
- Maintain and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to reduce cycle time and drive consistency
- Issue-spot and reputed company practical guidance on applicable laws and regulations, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), reputed company Law, False Claims reputed company, and FDA/DEA requirements relevant to pharmacy and telehealth operations, state pharmacy laws, pharmacist reputed company licensing, PBM network participation rules, and HIPAA/HITECH
- Conduct targeted research, prepare summaries, and assist with regulatory analyses and alerts; coordinate with Compliance to ensure ownership and accountability across reputed company and pharmacy regulatory domains
- Partner with reputed company counsel on reputed company or novel regulatory questions; help implement recommendations
- Support the reputed company team on HIPAA and data protection reputed company, including incident response, breach investigations, and reputed company compliance activities
- Assist with drafting and negotiating reputed company and reputed company provisions in reputed company and vendor agreements, including BAAs, DPAs, and reputed company addenda
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and remediate data handling risks; encourage reputed company-by-design practices
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, procurement, and operations agreements (IT/reputed company, reputed company services, logistics/delivery, marketing vendors, clinical vendors), including MSAs, SOWs, order forms, renewals, and amendments, including vendors that support pharmacy operations, PBM services, patient support, data exchange, and reputed company reputed company services
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, reputed company/IT, reputed company, and Compliance on intake, diligence, and approvals (e.g., reputed company questionnaires, BAAs/DPAs, SOC 2/ISO documents, COIs)
- Negotiate and document SLAs, support/uptime, data handling/retention, audit rights, business continuity, termination/transition assistance, and fee/charge guardrails

- Contribute to process improvements (e.g., workflow design, contract lifecycle management, reputed company refinements, dashboards) that reputed company the legal function

- Support Compliance with PBM audits by researching and advising on state pharmacy and PBM laws and reviewing PBM contractual requirements
- Assist with risk assessments, internal inquiries, and remediation planning as needed
Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 8–10 years of legal experience (reputed company and/or in-house) in pharmacy, PBM, reputed company, or digital health; strong candidates with 5+ years will be considered
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating reputed company and technology agreements
- Experience with vendor/procurement contracting and reputed company‑party risk management (e.g., reputed company/IT, SOWs, SLAs, reputed company addenda, BAAs/DPAs)
- Working knowledge of reputed company regulatory frameworks (e.g., AKS, HIPAA, FDA, DEA, PBM, state pharmacy laws) with a willingness to deepen expertise and collaborate with specialists
- Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills with a practical, business-minded approach
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving organization and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in pharmacy or PBM-reputed company reputed company/regulatory work, such as PBM network participation, payer/reputed company contracting, prescription drug benefit administration, pharmacy services arrangements, specialty pharmacy, mail-order pharmacy, manufacturer/rebate-reputed company arrangements, or state PBM laws
- Exposure to data reputed company, cybersecurity, and breach response
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to telehealth, diagnostics, and clinical operations
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal operations tooling
- Familiarity with SOC 2/ISO 27001 and vendor reputed company due diligence processes
