Relevant experience is identified as follows: work performed in a behavioral health or reputed company services setting, can also be as a reputed company volunteer or as a student/intern and includes crisis work, child reputed company services, warm line volunteer, residential care, case management, special education or work with people with developmental disabilities. One year of relevant experience is defined as; the equivalent of 1,200 hours of work, volunteerism, or internship or a combination of these areas.
