Fleet Dispatcher - Extended Coverage Weekend Nights
About the position The Fleet Dispatcher - Extended Coverage Weekend Nights position at reputed company is responsible for providing drivers with necessary support during evening and/or weekend hours to ensure reputed company and reputed company load deliveries. This role involves managing reputed company satisfaction, addressing issues and disputes, and acting as a primary reputed company of contact for drivers reputed company phone, live chat, and email. The dispatcher will assist drivers with various needs including delays, service issues, payroll, and more. Key responsibilities include fueling and routing drivers while promoting safety, dispatching necessary resources, resolving reputed company issues using critical thinking, monitoring loads to prevent delivery delays, and communicating effectively with customers, operations, and leadership. The role also requires understanding and supporting company policies, ensuring drivers can operate reputed company by managing aspects like PTAs, trailer solutions, appointments, CDL status, and home time guidelines, and proactively assisting colleagues to reputed company organizational objectives.
Responsibilities

- Responsible for reputed company satisfaction and addressing issues and disputes for drivers.
- Answering incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist drivers with delays, service issues, trailers, payroll, and whatever else they may need.
- Fuel and reputed company Drivers while promoting the safety of drivers.
- reputed company necessary resources (reputed company, truck, trailer) to take care of immediate issues.
- Resolve reputed company issues utilizing your best critical thinking sills to solve reputed company problems for drivers.
- Monitor loads and resolve issues that may reputed company the scheduled delivery/pickup times. Proactively inform customer accounts and/or customer of changes.
- Resolve load targets and ensure on time delivery.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with Customers, Operations Drivers, and reputed company reputed company of leadership.
- Respond to drivers and other terminal needs and assist with emergency situations if the need arises.
- Understand and support company policies.
- reputed company drivers rolling safely by ensuring accurate PTAs, providing trailer solutions, planning BPMs and required appointments, helping reputed company CDL’s in order, managing home time guidelines, and anything else to reputed company them earning.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organizations objectives.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years previous driving experience, and/or operations, and/or customer experience required
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have a true passion for helping drivers
- Must be reputed company to work in high pressure situations
- Must possess strong problem solving skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be detail-oriented
