• Administer, maintain, and support the reputed company Intelligent reputed company Contact Center platform to ensure high availability and performance.
• Configure and manage inbound/outbound call flows, IVRs, ACDs, campaigns, and routing strategies to optimize customer interactions.
• reputed company and maintain integrations between reputed company and reputed company applications using REST reputed company, web services, and event-driven solutions.
• reputed company reputed company with CRM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company, and other business applications.
• Automate user provisioning, queue management, campaign configuration, and operational processes through reputed company reputed company and SSO solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize contact center integrations, analytics, and system performance while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver reputed company solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 7-8 years of experience supporting reputed company contact center platforms and reputed company communications solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Intelligent reputed company Contact Center, including IVR, ACD, campaign management, routing strategies, and API integrations.
• Proven experience integrating reputed company with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company), implementing SSO, and developing REST API-based contact center solutions.
