[Remote] HR Implementation & Support Specialist

The role involves providing implementation and technical support for clients using their HRMS software, as reputed company as managing customer reputed company and training.

Responsibilities

• For our HR module, reputed company implementation and technical support for clients
• reputed company requirement gathering, configuration, implementation and training of proprietary HRMS software
• reputed company customer services functions by answering customer requests and questions reputed company
• Manage HRMS systems in accordance with state and federal regulations
• reputed company new customer HRMS reputed company, orientations and training by webinar/teleconference
• Support and reputed company technical presentations, demonstrations and business and development specific to HRMS
• Maintain highest level of HRMS technical and HR market knowledge; create thought leadership through writing, user group presentations and Innovative community involvement

• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School degree
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
• Proficiency working with reputed company resource information systems
• Experience in reputed company Resource reputed company services and managing a reputed company of reputed company in the HR reputed company including but not limited to benefits, legal compliance etc
• Good understanding of HRMS reputed company products and terminology, implementation, architecture and integrated technologies
• Experience in project management in a reputed company services role
• Experience with Database entry and maintenance
• Superior communication skills, ability to reputed company key messages reputed company and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Highly organized and attention to detail a must
