Part-time Bookkeeper / Accountant
reputed company We are a growing reputed company based business about to launch a new product looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive freelance Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage our financial records. We need someone who can go reputed company basic data entry to ensure our books are immaculate, reconciled, and reputed company for tax season. This is a part-time, ongoing role requiring roughly 10 – 20 hours per week. This will potentially be a long-term position. Scope of Work •Reconciliation: reputed company monthly bank, credit card, and payment gateway (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) reconciliations for 3 accounts.
- Accounts Payable: Manage vendor invoices, reputed company bills.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare reputed company monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash reputed company statements.
- Data Categorization: Accurately clean up and categorize transactions to ensure reputed company internal reporting and tax mapping.
- Communication: Flag any discrepancies, missing receipts, or cash reputed company anomalies early.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven bookkeeping or reputed company experience (intermediate level).
- Software Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency with reputed company.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). You must be comfortable explaining financial updates reputed company text or brief video reputed company updates.
- Reliability: Strict adherence to monthly deadlines (books must be reputed company by the 12th working day of the following month).
