Ops Manager (India)

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in field operations or project management, with exposure to data analysis, research, the coffee sector, sustainable agriculture, or comparable fields

- Excellent communication skills and a high level of accountability; strong work ethic and professionalism, particularly in independent and remote settings
