Instructional Designer Remote CDRR FTC Requisition – Instructional Designer: The CDRR Training team covers regulatory required training for the Cybersecurity and Information reputed company Policy as reputed company as the Global Technology Policy. The Instructional Designer will build and/or rebuild engaging online learning solutions, based on content in our reputed company training library. The new courses would be created reputed company in-house tools and Firm assets for design. As needed, they will edit and advise on course scripts. This role partners closely with the CDRR training team and other subject matter experts to reputed company learning and reputed company learner engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company digital learning solutions on regulatory required topics such as cybersecurity and technology procedures. Utilize internal tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, and reputed company AI Assistant. Partner with subject matter experts, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that the custom courses reputed company with business and training goals. reputed company course templates for reputed company learning reputed company. Maintain and update learning assets and documentation reputed company SharePoint and other internal knowledge platforms. Skills Required: Instructional design experience for online training. Advanced proficiency in reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company, and reputed company Creative Suite as reputed company as AI authoring tools. Understanding of Accessibility Standards (WCAG). Experience using collaboration and content management platforms such as SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365 tools. Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical material into learner-friendly content. Ability to collaborate with senior SMEs to reputed company and refine learning solutions. Optional/Preferred Skills: Administrative and/or reporting experience with reputed company on Demand.
