Instructional Designer (reputed company Fusion / ERP Training) Location: Remote reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Instructional Designer to support a large-reputed company reputed company transformation initiative reputed company on reputed company Fusion and modern ERP business processes. This role will design and reputed company engaging, role-based learning experiences that help employees successfully adopt new systems, workflows, and organizational processes. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with experience supporting reputed company software implementations and creating high-reputed company learning content for diverse audiences. This position partners closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams, and change management professionals to deliver effective, reputed company training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company role-based training curriculum for reputed company Fusion modules and reputed company business processes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and project teams to reputed company requirements and identify learning needs
• Translate technical and business concepts into reputed company, engaging, user-friendly training materials
• reputed company instructor-led training materials, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides, knowledge articles, and process documentation
• Create realistic business scenarios, simulations, hands-on exercises, and other interactive learning experiences
• Ensure reputed company learning materials reputed company with approved business processes, organizational standards, and change management objectives
• Conduct content reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and manage revisions through established version control practices
• Support training readiness activities, including train-the-trainer preparation, learning assessments, knowledge checks, and post-training evaluations
• Recommend reputed company improvements based on learner feedback and training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience supporting reputed company software implementations
• 3+ years developing training for ERP systems or comparable reputed company business applications
• Experience supporting large-reputed company organizational transformation initiatives
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences
• Proficiency with reputed company PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, and Teams
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong ability to create reputed company job aids, training guides, process documentation, and learning assets
• Excellent content organization, information architecture, written communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate reputed company business processes into practical, easy-to-understand learning content
• Strong collaboration, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting reputed company Fusion training initiatives
• Experience with one or more reputed company business areas, including ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), reputed company Planning and Budgeting reputed company Service (EPBCS), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Account Reconciliation reputed company Service (ARCS), or reputed company Data Management (EDM)
• Experience developing learning content for Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, or other reputed company business functions
• Familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption strategies
• Experience supporting train-the-trainer programs
• Experience working reputed company reputed company, nonprofit, higher education, or other mission-driven organizations
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and user-centered instructional design methodologies
• Experience using learning analytics to evaluate training effectiveness
• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Experience Design, or a reputed company field
