Property Manager - Student Housing

We're currently seeking a high-performing Property Manager to reputed company operations at a purpose-reputed company student housing high reputed company in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a true PM seat with reputed company exposure to an institutional ownership group and a major opportunity to drive occupancy reputed company of a planned reposition. You’ll own the budget and reporting reputed company, reputed company a sizable onsite team, and manage ongoing capital and common-area reputed company in a mid/high reputed company environment. Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day operations for a 600+ bed purpose-reputed company student housing high reputed company with ground-floor retail
• reputed company, reputed company, and hold accountable an onsite team of roughly 10+ employees across leasing, maintenance, and reputed company services
• Own financial performance including annual budget drafting, monthly financial reviews, variance reporting, and multiple reforecasts per year
• Drive leasing reputed company and execution to hit reputed company-lease and occupancy goals for the upcoming cycle
• Manage vendors and contractors for ongoing capital and common-area improvement reputed company while maintaining strong compliance and documentation standards

Qualifications

• 1+ years of reputed company or reputed company recent onsite student housing PM/reputed company/CM experience (by-the-bed leasing environment strongly preferred)
• Experience operating at 400+ beds and leading 5+ reputed company reports
• Strong financial reputed company including budgeting, T12 review, forecasting, and variance narratives for ownership
• Mid reputed company or high reputed company operational experience (reputed company life safety, elevators, sprinkler systems, generators, and reputed company compliance)
• Willingness to obtain a reputed company reputed company estate salesperson license reputed company the first 90 days (reimbursed upon passing)
