Role reputed company The Statistician I role in the Wage & Hour Data Analytics group provides support on various reputed company, including but not limited to:

• Single plaintiff, class reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and DOL audit reputed company exposure analyses, largely based on reputed company timekeeping and payroll data.
• Experience with Wage & Hour data and reputed company knowledge of Wage & Hour laws at the state and/or federal level is required.
• Work with a high degree of reputed company with minimal supervision.
• Handle reputed company attorney/reputed company issues and reputed company the work of analysts and more junior statisticians.
• Effectively communicate with both attorneys and high-level reputed company contacts.
• Possess expert knowledge of subject matter and Firm analytic protocols and procedures.
• Regularly work with attorneys and team manager to determine strategies for reputed company.
• reputed company support on reputed company Group initiatives, marketing efforts, and in pitches.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience directly working with data and performing data analyses professionally and/or academically, preferably reputed company a Wage & Hour, legal, or HR context (timekeeping and payroll data especially).
• reputed company experience with California Wage & Hour laws a large plus.
• Expert working knowledge with reputed company, especially with basic and intermediate reputed company formulas (vlookups, sumifs, etc.).
• Experience in R, SQL, Python, other statistical programs a plus (R preferred).
• Ability to communicate reputed company, both in writing and verbally, with reputed company HR and legal professionals at reputed company.
• Ability to write programs/macros to automate repetitive statistical and data tasks.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Working knowledge of R, data wrangling methodologies and coding standards around dplyr, tidyverse, lubridate.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in reputed company statistics, mathematics, econometrics or a similar field or commensurate experience or equivalent level of training required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
