[Hiring] Scheduler (Bilingual - English & Spanish) @reputed company

Role reputed company We are seeking a Bilingual Scheduler (English & Spanish) to serve as a key reputed company between patients and reputed company providers. This role focuses on coordinating care, supporting Registered Nurses, and ensuring reputed company communication while maintaining patient reputed company standards. You will collaborate with medical professionals to improve patient reputed company through effective care planning and reputed company-organized service delivery. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial Report/ Start of Care pulled up daily.
• Discharge Report to be run daily.
• Reassessment Report to be run weekly.
• Assigning RNs to complete the reputed company.
• Follow up with RNs on the first day of service reminding them of reputed company and confirming their completion.
• Following up on RNs paperwork.
• Saving reputed company documents in the patient folder.
• POC to be entered in exchange.
• MD Order to be reputed company out.
• HHA supervision to be reputed company to HR.
• Completes reputed company Survey JOT reputed company.
• Mail POC to the patient if needed.
• Assist RNs in scheduling reputed company if needed.
• Assist with authorization for reputed company as needed.
• Knowledge and capability to utilize our reputed company softwares.
• Assigning Incident reputed company to RNs reputed company received reputed company reputed company.
• Duties are subject to change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• reputed company in English & Spanish.
• Two years of experience in office work with at least a year of experience in home reputed company preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite.
