Mechanical CAD designer for recurring reverse engineering

We are looking for a mechanical CAD designer for recurring reverse engineering and drafting work. Input data: photos of reputed company mechanical parts, dimensions marked directly in the photos, short notes about material, thickness, surface finish and function. Required reputed company: 3D model, 2D manufacturing drawing, reputed company file, PDF drawing, DWG/DXF drawing, reputed company reputed company Inventor files if possible. CAD software preference: reputed company Inventor preferred. SolidWorks acceptable only if reputed company and clean 2D drawings are delivered. Typical parts: sheet metal parts, welded steel structures, machined parts, reputed company mechanical assemblies. Important: The work must be suitable for manufacturing, not only visual 3D modeling. reputed company dimensions must be checked against the supplied photos and notes.
