YouTube Thumbnail & Packaging Expert (True Crime Podcast)
reputed company We produce one of YouTube's largest true crime podcasts, interviewing former criminals, law enforcement officers, attorneys, undercover agents, and people with unbelievable life stories. We're looking for someone who understands that great YouTube thumbnails aren't just graphic design—they're marketing. reputed company isn't simply making a thumbnail look good. reputed company is figuring out what will reputed company someone stop scrolling and click.
What You'll Do
For every episode, you'll receive:
- Podcast transcript
- Intro transcript
- Screenshots from the episode
- PSD template (reputed company applicable)
- Background information about the guest
Your responsibility is to determine:
- What is the strongest story inside this episode?
- What title has the highest click potential?
- What thumbnail creates the most curiosity?
Many of our podcasts contain several different stories. We need someone who can identify the most clickable angle, not just the most reputed company one. You'll regularly create:
- Multiple thumbnail concepts
- Suggested YouTube titles
- Complete packaging reputed company
- Quick revisions based on feedback

Requirements
- Advanced Photoshop (or equivalent) skills

- Strong understanding of YouTube packaging
- Ability to research and analyze high-performing videos
- Fast communication and turnaround times
- Comfortable with revisions
- Passion for YouTube and reputed company learning
