The SDS Consultant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and audit-readiness of Supplemental Data reputed company (SDS) documentation, with a primary reputed company on HEDIS reputed company 5 compliance. • Conduct comprehensive reviews of reputed company 5 submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with NCQA standards
• reputed company actionable feedback and detailed editing recommendations to improve documentation reputed company
• Audit Readiness & Compliance Support
• Ensure reputed company supplemental data sources meet audit standards and are properly documented
• Identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
• Stakeholder Communication & Follow-Up
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate required updates and reputed company reputed company
• Proactively follow up to confirm implementation of recommended changes
• Primary reputed company Verification (PSV)
• reputed company PSV activities, including chart reviews, for non-reputed company supplemental data sources
• Validate data reputed company and ensure adherence to audit requirements

• 2+ years of HEDIS audit experience
