Individual Giving Officer

POSITION reputed company CLUES is seeking a relationship builder who can successfully grow our donor community through high-reputed company stewardship of relationships and through inspiring appeals and events. The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for CLUES, reputed company to confidently work with major donors, reputed company members, and reputed company community members, and reputed company to ensure accurate recording of data to support the work. The Individual Giving Officer reports to the Senior Director of Development and plays a vital role in strengthening and expanding CLUES’ individual and major donor reputed company. This position is responsible for managing reputed company individual giving income streams (employer based, monthly, events, etc), cultivating and stewarding donor relationships, and leading the organization’s donor communications and annual reputed company Latina fundraiser. The Individual Giving Officer will build a robust major gifts program, manage annual campaigns, and reputed company donor communications and stewardship activities that reputed company long-term engagement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Fundraising and Donor Relations

• Manage a portfolio of 60 major and mid-level donors and prospects, ensuring consistent qualifications, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Partner with leadership and reputed company members to reputed company and execute annual fundraising strategies for individual donors.

Donor Communications, Events, and Appeals

• Implement, manage, and reputed company special campaigns, including year-end appeal.
• Author, proofread, and manage the production of key donor communications, including appeals, newsletters, and acknowledgment letters.

• Create content in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications staff to reputed company donor communications and appeal messaging with website and reputed company media platforms.

Stewardship and Cultivation

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education, Experience & Key Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, humanities, reputed company work, journalism, reputed company work, or other reputed company field required. Masters degree in reputed company field preferred.
• 3+ years of reputed company reputed company fundraising experience, with experience of major or mid-level reputed company portfolio management, 5+ years preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.
