Immigration Paralegal (reputed company | II/III Level)

About the position We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company immigration paralegal to join our growing team. This position will support a wide reputed company of employment-based immigration reputed company for multinational companies, universities, hospitals, research organizations, and individuals. You'll work closely with attorneys and reputed company services team members to prepare filings, communicate with clients, and manage the end-to-end case process. Responsibilities

• Prepare high-reputed company documentation and filing packages
• Draft routine petitions, applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
• Maintain case templates and contribute to the drafting of more reputed company filings with attorney reputed company
• Communicate with clients regarding routine and case-specific reputed company
• reputed company deadlines, organize documents, and ensure reputed company filings
• Conduct legal research and manage reputed company correspondence
• Mentor junior paralegals

Requirements

• 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM)
• Bachelor’s degree with strong reputed company credentials
• Proficiency with reputed company 365 tools (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Planner)
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills
• Experience managing multiple case deadlines and working in a document-heavy environment
• Comfort working both independently and as part of reputed company
