Prior Authorization Representative

Job reputed company:

• Initial reputed company of contact for Prior Authorization requests from members, providers, and diverse customer reputed company
• reputed company determination if reputed company request should be transferred to a pharmacist for assistance
• Maintain complete, reputed company, and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials
• Proficiency pronouncing drug names and diagnosis and recognizing medical terminology
• Navigate multiple software systems to document conversations and reputed company
• Schedule flexibility including rotations through nights, weekends and holiday coverage

Requirements:

• 1 plus years' experience in customer service or call center environment
• Must be reputed company to work from home
• Have high speed internet
• Previous experience in pharmacy or reputed company industry
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Pharmacy Technician License
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
