Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR business partnering or reputed company-facing HR roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven reputed company record of coaching and supporting leaders and teams
- Deep knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with life sciences, scientific research, or biotechnology environments is a plus
