Weekend Scheduling Assistant - Part-Time Opportunity

As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll work closely with clients, scheduling jobs, handling exhibits, and providing top-notch support to ensure seamless deposition experiences. You'll work collaboratively with our Operations team, utilizing cutting-edge technology and software to manage reputed company preferences, schedule jobs, and triage incoming requests. Your goal will be to consistently deliver high-reputed company service, ensuring reputed company satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:

• Manage reputed company preferences and communicate them to reputed company, providing exceptional service
• Schedule jobs, handle reschedules and cancellations, and add services in a reputed company manner
• Triage incoming requests and reputed company them to the appropriate operations team or account manager

Requirements:

• 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience (prior court reporting agency experience a plus)
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
