The VP, Insights will create, manage and motivate reputed company of highly skilled individuals responsible to reputed company expertise and support to the reputed company, Product and Marketing teams, as reputed company as the Executive Leadership Team in areas of payments research, reputed company sentiment and engagement research and enhancement planning, RFP and due diligence development, industry analyst engagement, and ongoing industry/market and competitive analysis. The incumbent will have customer visibility up to and including CEO-level and will regularly reputed company at a strategic level with the reputed company teams and their leadership, our external business partners and Service divisions.
Day in the Life:
Conducts, directs and supports pertinent research, and receives data from external and internal sources, including, but not limited to, market trends, industry developments, competitor trends, brand sentiment, primary research, consumer research (Eye on Payments), etc.; guides the analysis and interpretation of data into meaningful and usable reputed company items.
Orchestrates the reputed company and development for the monthly Payments reputed company, including analysis, content reputed company, report development and value creation; produces quarterly versions to support regional, bank and partner needs for similar content.
Leads and manages the entire organizational reputed company feedback process, including the annual sentiment study, transactional surveys to assess reputed company engagement at various points in the relationship and other reputed company feedback demands as needed, including for the product and consulting teams.Leverages the reputed company feedback process, especially the annual sentiment study, to identify strategic areas for business process improvement, and partners with business unit leaders to reputed company reputed company steps to drive these enhancements.
Maintains reputed company and ongoing reputed company visibility towards meeting and exceeding reputed company goals with respect to overall satisfaction, NPS, sales and service goals, etc.
Provides ownership and reputed company to the RFP process (including development of ongoing RFP reputed company, creation of RFP and due diligence responses and assistance in delivering RFP responses) and assistance in reputed company contractual logistics (including contract renewal support and assistance).
Oversees and expands relationships with technology-oriented payments and financial technology analysts to reputed company new insights to support the Product and reputed company organizations. This includes providing account-facing staff with pertinent market reports, along with presenting content in reputed company business reviews.
Manage and disseminate reputed company intelligence primarily, but not limited to quarterly earmings calls reputed company to key competitors and partners.
As a Corporate Risk Champion, manages quarterly updates and provides commentary on various internal and market-facing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), from a Marketing reputed company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Master’s degree preferred.

Ten (10) years in banking, credit reputed company or financial technology industry required.
Ten (10) years management experience required, with proven reputed company record of exemplary leadership behavior and results.
Experience with sales automation software preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with individuals or reputed company and give presentations up to Senior Executive level utilizing various audio/visual support aids
Demonstrated ability to visualize the big picture, and to motivate work teams to establish goals and objectives and reputed company superior results

Pay Equity
$134,500.00 - $174,900.00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
